I just looked at your posting at http://tinymars.com/wordpress/incredibly-noisy-macbook-pro-3 and wanted to ask you a question about it.
I also have a MacBook Pro and looks like my left fan is dying. How much did it cost to get it replaced at Apple?

I was fortunate enough that my fan started making loud noises within the warranty period – about 11 months after I bought the machine. So I wasn’t charged for the repair.
I’m afraid I don’t know how much it would cost outside the warranty period.
